EU declaration of conformity (Only applies to Europe)
We, Partner Industrial Products, S-433 81 Partille, Sweden, tel: +46-31949000, declare under sole responsibility that the
power cutters Partner K650 Active III / K700 Active III from 2002’s serial numbers and onwards (the year is clearly stated in
plain text on the type plate with subsequent serial number), are in conformity with the following standards or other normative
documents following the provisions in the COUNCIL’S DIRECTIVES:
- of June 22 1998 “relating to machinery” 98/37/EC, annex IIA.
- of May 3 1989 “relating to electromagnetic compatibility” 89/336/EEC, and applicable supplements.
- of May 8, 2000 ”relating to the emission of noise to surroundings” 2000/14/EC.

The following standards have been applied: EN292-2, CISPR 12:1997, EN 1454
SMP Svensk Maskinprovning AB, Fyrisborgsgatan 3, 754 50 Uppsala, Sweden, has performed voluntary type examination on
behalf of Partner Industrial Products. The certificates are numbered: 01/169/002 - K650 Active / K700 Active
