BATTERY LEVEL

Gently shake your Era Pro to check the battery level. The petals will light up white to indicate
the current battery level, or red to indicate low battery.

The petals will light up white or red to indicate the battery level

Battery life is impacted by a variety of factors including temperature and the length of
individual sessions. We estimate the battery life from a full charge to last up to 245 puffs.


CHARGING

Charge your Era Pro by connecting it to a power source using the USB-C cable provided.
While charging, the petals will pulse white to indicate the current level of charge.


ExpertTemp Temperature Settings

ExpertTemp ranges: Low (430-520°F), Medium-low (520-610°F), Medium-high (610-700°F), High (700-790°F).

Changing Temperature Settings

Pop & Click Temperature Adjustment

Use Pop & Click gesture to cycle through temp settings. Device vibrates and petals indicate current setting.

PAX Mobile App Connectivity

Pairing Era Pro to Mobile App

Shake device for 5s to enter pairing mode. Ensure Bluetooth is on and follow app instructions.

App Features: PodID & Dose Control

PodID: View pod details. Dose Control: Manage and track inhalation for predictable sessions.

Dose Control Functionality

App Features: PodExplore, Lock Out & Temp

Explore pods, lock device, get temp recommendations, and customize settings via the app.

Activating and Deactivating Dose Control

Activate Dose Control via the app. Petals blink light blue when active, white when inactive.

Lock the device via the app to prevent vapor production. Non-vapor animations still display when locked.

Brightness and Vibration Settings

Change LED brightness and haptic vibration via the app. Device confirms settings with light or vibration.

Troubleshooting Alerts and Issues

Low Battery Status Alerts

1 petal blinking red (<15% battery) or glowing red (<5% battery) indicates low battery.

Vaping Operational Alerts

Orange petals mean brief pod communication issue. Red petals indicate device is locked from vaping.

Device Error Indicators

2 red petals indicate pod confusion. 3 red petals suggest a device issue; contact support.
