El Cargador de Baterías fue diseñado para proporcionarle años de servicio. Sin embargo, cuando el
Cargador de Baterías llegue al fin de su vida de trabajo, beberá ser desechado apropiadamente.
Ejemplos de lugares que aceptan artículos como estos son: centros de reciclaje del
condado o municipales, distribuidores de chatarra y minoristas que venden baterías
automotrices de plomo ácido.

Limpie las aberturas de ventilación o remueva objetos
que estén cubriendo la unidad. Coloque el Cargador de
Baterías en una ubicación abierta, ventilada y fría. La carga
continuará automáticamente cuando la temperatura de
operación retorne a la temperatura normal.
Apagado por
cortocircuito
Desconecte los cables del Cargador de Baterías y revise si
los cables del Cargador de Baterías están en corto o si la
batería está en corto. La carga continuara automáticamente
cuando la condición de cortocircuito sea corregida.
Batería lenta al cargar o
no carga
Asegúrese de que se le haya permitido suficiente tiempo

TROUBLESHOOTING

Unplug Battery Charger and check battery connections
to ensure that there is a good connection with the
battery terminal and/or vehicle chassis.
No AC power at outlet Make sure that the Battery Charger is connected to a
“live” 110/120-volt AC grounded outlet.
Battery voltage is
lower than 4.5 volts
Replace the battery.
Overheating shutdown Clean dirty ventilation openings or remove objects
covering the unit. Place the Battery Charger in an open,
ventilated, cool location. Charging will automatically
resume when the operating temperature returns to the
normal operating range.
Short circuit shutdown Disconnect the Battery Charger cables and check for
Battery Charger cable short or battery short. Charging
will automatically resume when the short condition is
corrected.
Battery slow to charge
or will not charge
Ensure that enough charging time has been allowed.

Check if battery is sulfated.
Very cold battery. Charge rate will increase as battery
warms above 32°F (0°C).

Check the battery voltage with a multimeter. Replace
the battery if the battery voltage is too low.
