A Car Seat That Grows With The Child
Primo Viaggio All in One is designed to be
used with children weighing between 2,3
and 54 kg (5 - 120 lbs).
Many parents confuse the words “car
seat” and “booster seat”. It is important to
understand the dierence between a car
seat and a booster seat.
A car seat is a seat the child sits in and uses a
5-point harness as their restraint; it means that
the car seat is equipped with an integral harness.
A booster seat is a seat the child sits on and
uses the vehicle's seat belt as their restraint.
Along the growth of your child, Primo
Viaggio All in One will be used in 3 modes.
1. REAR FACING : from 2,3 kg (5 lbs) up to a
weight of 18 kg (40 lbs), Primo Viaggio All in
One must be used rear facing. When riding
rear facing, a child is more comfortable and
much safer than in forward facing, because
his/her back and head are fully supported
and protected by the big and deep shell
of the seat. Its integral harness guarantees
that the child is rmly attached to the seat.
An integral belt system made of a ve point
harness comprising crotch, lap and shoulder
belts, is the most eective way of protecting
a child in a frontal collision.
When rear facing, the car seat can be
adjusted in dierent reclining positions and
dierent headrest height adjustments and
thanks to the integrated leg spacer has the
possibility of staying safe and comfortable
rear facing longer.
2. FORWARD FACING : at the minimum
child’s weight of 10 kg (22lbs), the car
seat can be turned forward facing. Up to a
maximum child’s weight between 18 and
29,5 kg (40 and 65 lbs), this car seat must
be used with its integral harness. Integral
harness guarantees that crash loads are
distributed evenly on the body and the
crotch strap protects from submarining.
When used in forward facing, Primo Viaggio
All in One can be used in dierent recling
positions, for added comfort in long journeys.
3. BOOSTER: when the child structure and
stature allows, and at a minimum weight
of 18 kg (40 lbs), Primo Viaggio All in One
can be used in booster mode. Integral
