Applications and performance
PP 装置：
押エ圧をエアで制御する装置です。
エアシリンダは、内部抵抗の少ない物を採用し、軽い押エ圧力でもスムーズに上下します。
圧力表示には、アナログ式とデジタル式の 2 種類があります。
段部など素材の厚みや種類が変わっても、常に設定された均一の押エ圧になります。
素材へのキズ、テカリなどを防止します。
デジタル式では、エア圧の数値化で押エ圧の指示を明確にできます。電源を必要としないアナログ式でも押エ圧の調整が容易
になり、整備時間の短縮、品質の均一をはかることができます。

PP device：
This is a pneumatically controlled device that regulates the presser foot pressure.
The PP device employs a low-friction (internal resistance) air cylinder, so the presser foot moves up or down smoothly, even with light
presser foot pressure.
There are two kinds of pressure displays, analog and digital types.
Even if the fabric thickness changes, such as a cross seam section, and/or the fabric characteristics change, the presser foot pressure
remains constant, preventing damage and shining on the fabric.
The digital type PP device converts the presser foot pressure into numerical form. Therefore, the instructions in the specifications for sewing
will become clear.
An analog type PP device requires no electric power supply. However it is also easy to adjust presser foot pressure, reducing maintenance
time and achieving uniform quality for your sewn products.
