過電流エラー

スイッチ出力の負荷電流が 80mA以上
流れています。
The switch output load current is
more than 80 mA.
電源を切断して、過電流が発生した
出力の要因を取除き再度電源を投入
してください。
Turn the power o󰀨 and remove the
cause of the over current.
Then turn the power on.
残圧エラー
Residual
Pressure Error
ゼロクリア操作時、± 7％ F.S.( 連成圧
用は± 3.5％ F.S.) を越えた圧力が加
えられています。ただし、1秒後に自
動的に測定モードに復帰します。製
品個体差により、± 1％ F.S. ゼロクリ
アの範囲が異なります。
During zero clear operation, pressure
above ±7%F.S. (±3.5%F.S. for
compound pressure) has been applied.
After 1 second, the mode will
return to measurement mode.
Thezero clear range can vary ±1%F.S.
with individual product di󰀨erences.
加えられている圧力を大気圧状態に
してから再度ゼロクリア操作を行っ
てください。
Perform zero clear operation again
after restoring the applied pressure to
an atmospheric pressure condition.
加圧エラー
Pressurizing Error
設定圧力範囲の上限を超えた圧力が
加えられています。
Pressure has exceeded the upper
limit of the set pressure range.
加えられている圧力を設定圧力範囲
内に戻してください。
Adjust the applied pressure to a level
within the set pressure range.
設定圧力範囲の下限を超えた圧力が
加えられています。
Pressurehasexceededthelower

システムエラー
System Error
内部データエラーの場合、表示されます。
Displayed in the case of an internal
data error.
電源を切断し、再度電源を投入して
ください。復帰しない場合は、当社
での調査が必要となります。
