Adjusting air pressure
注意 CAUTION
フィルタレギュレータの調節を行うときは、必ずミシンの電源
スイッチを切り、すべてのエア配管を終えてから、エアコンプレッサ
からの圧搾空気の供給を開始してください。
To adjust the filter regulator, turn off the power and finish air
piping completely and then turn on the air compressor.

を上に引っ張ると「カチッ」
と音をたてて、少し上に上がります。その状態でツマミ
A
を回し
てエア圧力を0.4～0.5Mpa(4～5kgf/cm
2
)に調節してください。
●ツマミ
A
を (+) 方向に回すとエア圧力が上がります。
●ツマミ
A
を ( ー ) 方向に回すとエア圧力が下がります。
調節後、ツマミ A を下げてください。
「カチッ」と音がして、ツマミＡが固定されます。

clockwise.

To decrease the air pressure, turn knob

counterclockwise.
After this adjustment is made, lower knob A.


fixed in place.

注意 CAUTION
ドレンは、エアと共に下へ吹き出しますので注意してください。
ドレンがバッフルを超えるまで溜まりますと、電磁弁やエア
シリンダに流入して故障の原因になります。一定の時期を決めて早
めに排出してください。
The water drainage and air spout out downward.
Drain the filter regulator periodically until the drainage
reaches the baffle. Otherwise the water drainage will flow into the
solenoid valve and/or the air cylinder, causing trouble.

に、排水用ボタン

を押して、ドレンを排出してください。
