押エ圧シリンダの取り付け（M900,MXP）
Installing the presser foot pressure cylinder
(M900, MXP)
1. 調節ネジ 1及びバネ 2を取り外し、ナット 3を
調節ネジ 1より取り外してください。
1.Remove screw 1 and spring 2.
Then remove nut 3 from screw 1.
2.ナックル 5 をエアシリンダ 4から取り外し、ナット 3 を
エアシリンダ 4 に取り付けてください。
スペーサー 6 を挿入してから、エアシリンダ 4 をミシン
に取り付けてください。
2.Remove knuckle joint 5 from air cylinder 4.
Screw nut 3 onto air cylinder 4
Fit spacer 6 onto air cylinder 4.
Install air cylinder 4 to the machine.
3. エアシリンダ 4 の取り付け位置は図 6 を参照して
後ろ向きに取り付け、図内 X 寸法が下記寸法になる様に
ナット 3 でロックしてください。
X ≒ 3mm
3.Secure air cylinder 4 with nut 3 (see Fig. 6). Check to
make sure that the clearance X is the distance shown
below. If the clearance X differs drastically from the
distance shown below, adjust the distance by loosening
nut 3 and turning air cylinder 4. After this adjustment is
made, secure air cylinder 4 with nut 3
X ≒ 3mm
