Unlocking the Cascade™ Door
WARNING
DO NOT UNLOCK THE WATER DOOR WHILE THERE IS ANY
WATER IN THE TUB. FAILURE TO HEED THIS WARNING MAY
RESULT IN INJURY TO A RESIDENT AND OR OPERATOR.
1. To unlock, first pull up on the door handle release (Figure 2), and
hold it.
2. Then move the lever to the “unlock” position.
3. The door is now unlocked and able to be opened.
Cascade™ Reservoir
The optional Cascade™ Reservoir see Figure 3, is a specially designed
water holding tank that you fill with water first, and then once the
resident has been transferred into the tub you release the water into the
tub. By filling the reservoir first, it allows you to fill the tub in 70 seconds
or less and keeps the time the resident is unclothed and out of water to
a minimum.
