Connecting to an Automation System
All IntelliFlo and IntelliPro pumps, including the
IntelliFloXF
®
VSF Variable Speed and Flow Pump, are
compatible with Pentair Automation Systems.
An RS-485 communication cable is provided with the
pump and will be used to connect the pump to a Pentair
automation system.
Refer to the automation system manual for further
details on how to connect and use the system with
your variable speed pump.
An IntelliTouch
®
Control System with
firmware 1.170 or earlier will display
"VSF+SVRS" in the pump type/selection. While you will
choose this option, the IntelliFloXF VSF pump DOES NOT
incorporate SVRS entrapment protection.
