Deleting Images/Movie Clips
Use this function to delete one or all images/movie clips stored in the internal memory or memory card. Please
note that the deleted images or movie clips cannot be recovered. Exercise caution before deleting a file.
To delete the latest single image/movie clip
1. Rotate the mode dial to , , , , , or and turn your
camera on by pressing the button.
2. Press the button. When the delete message appears, use S
or T to select [OK], then press the button to delete the last
image or movie clip.
If you wish to cancel the deletion, select [Cancel].
To delete image/movie clip by preference
1. Rotate the mode dial to , , , , , or and turn your
camera on by pressing the button.
2. Press the button.
The last recorded image appears on the LCD monitor, which
can also be deleted directly by pressing the button.
3. Use W or X to select the image you want to delete.
4. Press the MENU button, then use S or T to select [Delete] and
press the
button.
5. Use S or T to select [This Image] or [Delete All] by your
preference, then press the
button.
6. When the delete message appears, use S or T to select [OK],
then press the button to confirm the deletion.
If you wish to cancel the deletion, select [Cancel].
Protected images cannot be deleted with the delete function.
