Manual-shutter-speed lock
As you depress the mode button once after setting
the shutter speed, the LCD window displays (3 /
locking the shutter speed so that it does not change
even if you accidentally depress the UP or DOWN
button.
When the subject is too bright or too dark, '*1000"
or 1 flickers in the viewfinder as a warning.
Change the shutter speed or the aperture so that
you can obtain correct exposure. When the subject
is so dark that the shutter speed of "30" or slower
is displayed, there is a danger of camera shake and
the use of the tripod or flash is recommended.
