This
display
indicates
the
brightness
of
the
subject
is
beyond
the
metering
range
in
the
Programmed
AE
mode.
Releasing
the
shutter
will
result
in
incorrect
exposure.
Indicates
the
brightness
of
the
subject
is
beyond
the
metering
range,
or
that
the
combination
of
shutter
speed
and
aperture
is
beyond
the
coupling
range
both
in
Metered
Manual
mode.
In
the
latter
case,
you
can
change
the
aperture
to
obtain
correct
exposure.
In
the
former
case,
the
flickering
does
not
disappear
even
if
you
change
the
aperture.
Releasing
the
shutter
with
this
display
appearing
will
result
in
incorrect
exposure.
Indicates
the
brightness
of
the
subject
is
beyond
the
correct-exposure
range
in
the
Metered
Manual
mode.
Change
the
shutter
speed
and
aperture,
and
when
the
flickering
disappears
and
only
one
speed
remains
lit,
you
are
ready
to
shoot.
