If your Performance Tool Jacks won't lift to full height, there are several potential causes: * The power unit might be low on fluid. To resolve this, with the jack on a level surface and in the down position, remove the filler plug and add clean hydraulic jack fluid until it reaches the filler level. * The power unit could be air bound. To fix this, open the release valve at least two full turns and pump the handle at least 20 full strokes to purge any air from the system. * The valve may not be closing completely. To seat the valves, follow these steps: First, close the release valve. Second, with the jack fully lowered, manually raise the lifting arm as high as possible. Finally, open the release valve and let the jack descend to its lowered position.
