The 1204F industrial engine has two engine variants.
The 1204F-E44TA is a single turbocharged engine.
The 1204F-E44TTA is a series turbocharged engine
The 1204F-E44TA engine has a Diesel Oxidation
Catalyst (DOC) and Selective Catalytic Reduction
(SCR) aftertreatment system and the engine model is
MT.
The 1204F-E44TTA engine can have two different
aftertreatment systems. For the DOC and SCR
system, the engine model is MU.
The aftertreatment systems Diesel Oxidation Catalyst
(DOC) Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and Selective
Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system the engine model
is MW.
• Model MT aftertreatment DOC and SCR
• Model MU aftertreatment DOC and SCR
• Model MW aftertreatment DOC, DPF, and SCR
The aftertreatment system require Diesel Exhaust
Fluid (DEF) in order to operate correctly.
The Perkins 1204F-E44TA and the 1204F-E44TTA
industrial engines have the following characteristics.
