The batteries must be charged in a well-ventilated room, not in a closet. Do
not charge the batteries in a bathroom or wet room.
Charging the batteries
Take care when using metal objects in connection with work on the batte-
ries. Short-circuiting can easily cause an explosion. Always use protective
gloves and goggles.
Use only chargers with a maximum 10 A charging current (mean value).
(The effective value of the charging current must not exceed 12 A.)
