can
be
made
with

without
cord
The
cord
used
can
be
varied,
depending
on
your
choice,
from
the
finest
to
Pearl
Cotton
No.
5).
For
corded
buttonhole,
draw
the
cord
through
the
hole
in
the
buttonhole
foot,
towards
the
rear.
The
tension
of
the
upper
and
under
thread
must
be
tightened
to
obtain
a
well
drawn-in
stitch.
The
length
of
the
buttonhole
should
be
marked
in
pencil
on
the
fabric.
With
Dial-A-Stitch
lever
H
in
position
I,

adjust
stitch
regulator
between
zero
and
one.
