although
there

mechanical
binding

defective

has
to
be
exchanged
or
repaired.

insulation
resistance
is
lower
than
indicated
read-
ing,
defective
parts
must
be
located
by
methodical
test-
ing
and
replaced
or
repaired.

Also
locate
defective
parts
with
excess
leakage
current
by
methodical
testing
and
replace
or
repair.
