10. Tools
This menu contains options related to your personal
application.
Calendar
This menu displays the calendar. The month view is
the default view and today's date is highlighted in red
and also by a blue square. The lunar date of the
highlighted date will display in green in the down
right corner of the screen. You can select a different
date by the blue square with the navigation keys.
Calendar includes the following options:
Options Description
View day View the event list of the day. Press
L
Options to:
• View: view the event details.
• Edit: Edit the event details.
• Delete: Delete the event.
• Send: Select the connection type:
Infrared or Bluetooth.
• Capacity: View the event capacity.
View week Display the calendar in a week format.
New
meeting
This menu allows you to create a new
appointment. Press
L
to create a new
event with the following information:
• Subject: enter a subject for the
event.
• Location: Specify the location.
• Start date: Enter a start date.
• Start time: Specify the start time.
• End date: Enter a end date.
• End time: Specify the end time.
• Alarm: Set the alarm on/off and
alarm frequency.
• Reminder: Set the reminder to alert
At event time, 5 mn before, 15 mn
before, 1 hour before, 1 day before
or Other.
• Repetition: Set event repetition
frequency.
Go to date Enter a date and directly locate the
date on the calendar.
