  There are several reasons why your Philips Dispenser might be leaking water: * The removable drip tray may be full, in which case you should empty it. * The check valve on the tap water tank base might be blocked or in the wrong position; return the check valve to its original position or contact customer services. * The sealing valve at the bottom of the tap water tank may be blocked; remove the blockage. * If water is oozing from the dispenser, empty both the tap water tank and the filtered water tank, power off the dispenser, and then contact customer services.
