  There are several reasons why your Philips Dispenser might be leaking water. It could be due to a full removable drip tray, which you should empty. Alternatively, the check valve on the raw water tank base might be blocked or in the wrong position; try putting it back to the original position. Another possibility is a blocked sealing valve at the bottom of the raw water tank, which you can attempt to clear. If water is oozing from the dispenser, empty both the raw water tank and the filtered water jug, power off the device.
