Clock/Timer
2 Press CD, TUNER or TAPE To select the
desired source
• Make sure the music source has been prepared¸
CD Load the disc(s) To start from a specific
track, make a program (refer to "CD Operation
Programming the disc tracks")¸
TUNER tune to the desired radio st_ion
TAPE load the prerecorded tape i_o tape
deck 2
3 Press _41 or _ on the system repeatedly to set
the hour for the timer to start¸
4 Press _ or _ on the system repeatedly to set
the minc_e for the timer to start¸
5 P_ss CLOCK,TIMER to store the start time¸
-_ "TTJIU? bN" will be disp}ayed and followed
by the set timer "x x x x" and then the selected
SOUrce¸
-_ TIMER O will remain on the displa%
• At the pres_ time, the selected source will pla)<
To exit without storing the setting
• Press • on the system

If the selected source (CD) is not available when
preset timer is reached, TUNER will be selected
automatically.
During timer setting, if no button is pressed
within 90 seconds, the system will exit timer setting
mode automatically.

Sleep Timer Setting
The sleep timer enables the system to swltcl, to
Standby iqode automa_ tally at a preset time
Press SLEEP on t_'e remote control repeatedly
to seect a preset time
