4 Apply a thin layer of grease to the rails on both sides (see figure).
5 Insert the brew group as described in section 'Weekly cleaning of the
brew group'.
You can use the grease tube multiple times.
Quick clean of the milk system
Note: After brewing a cappuccino perform a quick clean of the milk system.
1 Place a cup under the automatic milk frother.
2 Press the HOT WATER/MILK CLEAN button once.
3 Dispense hot water for 5 seconds.
4 Press the HOT WATER/MILK CLEAN button once to stop hot water
dispensing.
Daily cleaning of the automatic milk frother
1 Place a cup under the automatic milk frother.
2 Insert the suction tube in a cup with fresh water.
3 Press the HOT WATER/MILK CLEAN button twice.

The button flashes twice.
4 The machine dispenses hot water and steam.
5 Dispense hot water for 5 seconds and press the HOT WATER/MILK
CLEAN button once to stop hot water dispensing.
Monthly cleaning of the automatic milk frother
1 Insert the automatic milk frother, see chapter 'Using the machine', section
'How to place and remove the automatic milk frother'.
2 Pour the contents of the milk circuit cleaner sachet in the milk carafe.
Then fill the milk carafe with water up to the MAX level indication.
3 Insert the suction tube into the milk carafe.
4 Place a large container (1.5 l) under the automatic milk frother.
