11 Troubleshooting
Warning
•
Risk of electric shock. Never remove the
casing of the product.

following points before you request service. If you
still have a problem, register your product and get

Main unit
The buttons on the home theater do not work.
• Disconnect the home theater from the
power supply for a few minutes, then
reconnect.
ERROR appears on the display panel.
• Disconnect the home theater from the
power supply for a few minutes, then
reconnect.
OPEN appears on the display panel.
• Remove disc from the disc compartment.
• If you remove an eight inch disc from the
disc compartment, the display remains
OPEN.
• Make sure that the disc compartment is
closed.
• Make sure that no object blocks the disc
compartment before closing it.
BLOCKED appears on the display panel.
• Make sure that no object blocks the disc
compartment before closing it.
Cannot eject a disc from the disc compartment.
• Press and hold (Stop) for three seconds
to eject.
• In disc source, press (Stop) and then
enter 159 to eject the disc.
• Make sure that the home theater is not in
standby mode.
• Disc compartment is blocked. Make sure
that no object blocks the disc compartment.
• Close the disc compartment and open it
again to eject the disc.

• Laser Type (Diode): InGaN/AIGaN (BD),
AIGaInP (DVD/CD)
• Wave length: 405 +7 nm/-7 nm (BD), 655
