8.5.13. Hopper Plate Assembly
1. Remove the Double-feed Prevention Roller. (See 8.5.12.)
2. Remove the screw.
3. While releasing the 3 claws on the bottom of Hopper Plate
Assembly and pushing down the top of the Gate, pull and
remove the assembly forward.
(1) While pull the Hopper Plate Assembly forward, release
the 3 claws (Claw1).
(2) While pull the Hopper Plate Assembly upward, release
the 2 claws (Claw2) to remove the assembly.
4. Remove the screw with a ground-lug and connector on the
bottom of the assembly to release the assembly from the
scanner.
