Not intended for use on children who are less than eight years of age or who weigh
less than 25 kg (55 lb).
Infant/Child Reduced Energy Defibrillation Electrodes are not compatible with
QUIK-COMBO defibrillation and therapy cables. To use Infant/Child Electrodes,
connect Infant/Child Electrodes directly to the AED.
Not intended for use on adults.
Physio-Control electrodes are latex-free.
Arrow indicates ON/OFF button location.
Symbol denoting a defibrillator and identifies the shock button.
Lot code.
Do not reuse—single use only.
