Specifications
SPECIFICATIONS
All specifications are at 20°C (68°F) unless otherwise stated.
Defibrillator
Waveform: Biphasic Truncated Exponential, with voltage and duration compensation
for patient impedance. See Figure A-2, "Biphasic Waveform".
Patient Impedance Range: 7–300 ohms. If the detected impedance is outside this range, defibrillation
is inhibited and the user is prompted to connect electrodes.
The following specifications apply from 25 to 175 ohms.
Output Energy Sequence: Multiple energy levels from 150 to 360 joules. Refer to Section 6,
Defibrillator Operating Settings.
Output Energy Accuracy: 10% of the energy setting into 50 ohms.
15% of the rated energy output into 25–175 ohms.
Rated energy output is the nominal delivered energy based on the energy
setting and patient impedance, as defined in the following chart.
