What to do if PIAGGIO Scooter has insufficient braking?
    • T
      Todd SanchezJul 30, 2025
If your PIAGGIO Scooter has insufficient braking, several factors could be responsible. First, inspect the brake pads for wear, ensuring they exceed the minimum thickness of 1.5mm. Next, verify that the brake discs aren't worn, scored, or warped. Check the brake fluid level in the pumps and replace the fluid if needed. Also, ensure there's no air in the brake lines and bleed them if necessary. Lastly, confirm that the front brake caliper moves correctly in alignment with the disc. Another cause may be fluid leakage in the hydraulic braking system, in that case replace the failing elastic fittings, plunger or brake pump seals.

Why is my PIAGGIO 633234 clutch grabbing or performing inadequately?
    • R
      Richard LyonsAug 15, 2025
If you are experiencing clutch issues with your PIAGGIO Scooter, such as grabbing or inadequate performance, it could be due to a faulty clutch. Inspect the clutch masses for any grease. Ensure the clutch mass contact surface with the casing is mainly in the center and has similar characteristics across all three masses. Also, check the clutch casing for scoring or unusual wear.
