This function may be used instead of a callback function to receive data from
ps3000aRunBlock. To use this method, pass a NULL pointer as the lpReady
argument to ps3000aRunBlock. You must then poll the driver to see if it has finished
collecting the requested samples.
handle, the handle of the required device
* ready, output: indicates the state of the collection. If zero, the
device is still collecting. If non-zero, the device has finished collecting
and ps3000aGetValues can be used to retrieve the data.
