Setting Equaliser
This feature enables you to choose a sound equalization profile. Each of the equalization setting
will change the tone of the sound from your radio when selected.
1. Press MENU button - System Settings - Equaliser, and then press SCROLL knob to
confirm.
2. Turn SCROLL knob to select “Equaliser”, and then press SCROLL knob to confirm.
3. Turn SCROLL knob to select a profile through “Normal”, “Classic”, “Jazz”, “Pop”, “Rock”,
“Speech” and “My EQ”, and then press SCROLL knob to confirm.
4. To se t yo ur p re fe r EQ , tu rn SCROLL knob to select “My EQ profile Setup”, and then press
SCROLL knob to confirm.
a. Turn SCROLL knob to select through “Treble”, “Bass” and “Loudness”, and then press
SCROLL knob to confirm.
b. Turn SCROLL knob to set the value of Treble and Bass among “-7” to “+7”, and then
press SCROLL knob to confirm.
c. Turn SCROLL knob to select “Yes” or “No” of Loudness, and then press SCROLL knob
to confirm.
d. Press BACK button to exit setting.
Setting Time/Date
1. Press MENU button - System Settings - Time/Date, press SCROLL knob to confirm.
2. Turn SCROLL knob to select options, and then press SCROLL knob to confirm the setting.
Set Time/date:
Manually set-up both Time and Date
Auto update:
“from Any”, “from Digital Radio”, “from FM” or “No
Update”
Set 12/24 hour format:
“12 Hour” or “24 Hour”
Set date format:
“DD-MM-YYYY” or “MM-DD-YYYY”
3. Then setting time according to your personal preference.
Setting Backlight
This radio display has a backlight with adjustable brightness level.
1. Press MENU button - System Settings - Backlight, press SCROLL knob to confirm.
2. Turn SCROLL knob to select “On level” or “Dim level”, and then press SCROLL knob to
confirm.
3. Turn SCROLL knob to select backlight level, and then press SCROLL knob to confirm the
setting.
