Pioneer PL-X430 - Assemble the Unit

BEFORE OPERATING TURNTABLE
ASSEMBLE THE UNIT
1 Turn the turntable over, and remove screws
used for transportation.

After
removing
the
clampers
(x2),
remove
the platter.
Turn
the
clampers
in
the
direction
indicated
by
the
arrow
in
the
diagram,
and
then
lift
upward.

3 Install the platter and the platter mat.
@ Place the platter over the platter spindle.
While doing this, hook the belt attached to
the inner side of the platter over the pulley of
the motor. (Make sure to do this correctly as
shown in the diagram.)
@ Place the platter mat onto the platter.

Remove
the
plastic
band
securing
the
tone
arm.
5 Remove the stylus cover.
