Why won't my Pit Boss LEXINGTON PB500LXW1 Grill achieve or maintain a stable temperature?

If your Pit Boss Grill isn't maintaining a stable temperature, several factors could be at play. Start by checking the fire pot for ash build-up or obstructions and ensure the fan is working correctly with no blocked air intake. Also, make sure there's enough fuel and that the wood pellets are of good quality, without any obstructions in the feed system. Finally, inspect the Grill Probe for any dirt. After checking these, start the grill, set the temperature to SMOKE, wait 10 minutes, and check that the flame is bright and vibrant.
