Stapler motor M1 Fuse F2 defective. Check fuse F2 at circuit
inoperative. PCB PL 60.
Main circuit board PCB PL60 Check for app. 34 VDC at
defective. Connector J1 pin 13 and
common ground.
Staple mode switch SW 2 Check function of SW2.
on front panel defective.
Stapler motor M1 defective. Check for app. 24 VDC at
motor M6.
Stapler motor M1 Home position switch SW7 Check function of home
cycles continuously. defective. position switch SW7, see
REP 2.10.
Main circuit board PCB PL60 Replace PCB PL60.
defective.
Eject solenoid S1 Eject solenoid S1 defective. Check for app. 34 VDC
inoperative. at solenoid S1.
Main circuit board PCB PL60 Replace PCB PL60.
defective.
Eject motor M4 Eject motor M4 defective. Check for app. 24 VDC at
inoperative. motor M4.
Main circuit board PCB PL60 Check for app. 24 VDC
defective. at connector J1 between pin
4 & 5.
Fold knife motor M2 Main circuit board PCB PL60 Check for app. 24 VDC at
inoperative. defective. connector J1 pin 14 and a
common ground.
Fold mode switch SW 3 Check function of SW3.
on front panel defective.
Knife motor M2 defective. Check for app. 24 VDC at
motor M2.
