7.4 Service
Do not, under any circumstance, attempt to disassemble the terminal. Perform only
those adjustments or repairs specied in this guide.
If the terminal needs to be sent to service, do the following.
Pack the terminal rmly.
Attach a description of the problem and your contact information with the terminal.
Add a notication if there are transactions in the terminal.
You do not have to send the cables with the terminal unless you want them tested
too.
Send the terminal by post. Postage is always paid by the sender.
