Important Installation Guidance

Disconnect Battery

Remove Driver Seat

Lift seat latch and remove driver seat for access.

Access Battery Terminals

Remove battery access panel to reach battery terminals.

Disconnect Negative Battery Cable

Always disconnect the black negative battery cable first.

Disconnect Positive Battery Cable

Disconnect the red positive battery cable.

Remove Hood

Remove Winch Cover

Install Winch Assembly

Mount Winch Mounting Bracket

Slide and align bracket to suspension and steering.

Secure Winch to Bracket

Position winch assembly and secure with fasteners.

Install Autostop Fairlead Assembly

Attach Fairlead to Bracket

Mount Fairlead Bracket

Install Rubber Stop Magnet and Winch Hook

Thread Rope Through Stop Magnet

Install Wireless Receiver

Install Dash Switch

Connect Electrical Components

Connect Dash Switch Connector

Connect dash switch connector to dash switch.

Connect Contactor to Control Box

Connect winch contactor connector to control box.

Connect Autostop Fairlead Connector

Connect fairlead connector to control box connector.

Connect Wireless Receiver to Control Box

Connect receiver harness connector to control box.

Connect Wireless Receiver to Dash Switch

Connect wireless receiver connector to dash switch connector.

Connect Pulse Bar and Fuse Block

Connect Pulse Bar Dash Switch

Connect Busbar Harness Adapter

Final Electrical Connections and Battery

Connect Power Cables

Connect positive and negative power cables to terminals.

Reconnect Positive Battery Cable

Reinstall red positive (+) cable to battery terminal.

Reconnect Negative Battery Cable

Reinstall black negative (-) cable to battery terminal.

Reinstall Battery Access Panel

Reinstall Components

Reinstall Driver Seat

Verify Work and Winch Function

Confirm Wiring and Connections

Check for Exposed Wires

Secure Loose Wires

Test Winch Operation

Check winch operation with vehicle key in ON position.
