Rubber bumpers
must be inspected
and in place.
Install O-Ring
Coupler Shroud
Assembly
Lubricate every 25 hrs.
or monthly (15 hrs. in salt
water use)
Install O-ring on
shaft, grease,
and install into
pump impeller.
Hose Clamp Torque
35in. lbs. (4 Nm)
NOTE: Drive shaft runout
service limit - .005" (.13mm).
Inspection information found
on page 5.13.
NOTE: Drive shaft end play
(fwd/rear) should be .100-.200"
(2.5-5 mm) with new bumpers.
