Manual Shift
Reverse Lock -Out Switch
The reverse lock-out switch (1)
prevents the operator from
shifting into reverse
unintentionally.
1. Place the transmission in
first gear. See page 65.
2. Push the l ock-out lever
forward toward the handlebar to
unlock the transmission.
3. Shift down into reverse gear.
NOTE: The lock will automatically re-engage when the transmission is shifted out of
reverse gear.
