Symptom Problem Solution
Recorded pictures are
not saved in memory.
Camera powers off before the
save operation is completed.

Removing the memory card
before the save operation is
completed.
If the battery is exhausted,
recharge your battery.
Or
Do not remove the memory card
before the save operation is
completed.
The camera cannot
take pictures.
The ash is recharging.
Or
The SD card is not formatted
correctly.
Or
The camera is set to
the mode.
Or
The SD card Memory is full.
Wait until the ash is fully
charged.
Or
The SD card may be damaged.
Please use a new card.
Or
Delete images you no longer
need, or use another memory
card.
Colour of the playback
pictures is different
from the picture on
the LCD screen during
recording.
Sunlight or light from another
source is shining directly into
the lens during recording.
Position the camera so sunlight
does not shine directly onto the
lens.
Pictures are not
displayed.
A memory card with non-
DCF pictures recorded with
another camera is loaded in
the camera.
This camera cannot display non-
DCF pictures recorded onto a
memory card used by another
digital camera.
I cannot erase pictures. All the pictures in the current
memory are protected.
Unprotected the pictures and
video clips you want to erase.
