VOX Switch
Enter Menu 16th to switch on /off the Vox function.
Transmit Over Beeper (ROGER---MENU 17)
Functions: sending a beeper to inform the receiver TX is over.
Enter Menu 16th to set ROGER. Default: OFF.
Dual Watch/Monitor (DW---MENU 18)
Functions: Dual Watch feature makes DB-10 can monitor the calling signal when
FM radio is on and you won’t miss any calling.

Receive Saver (RX.SAV---MENU 19)
Functions: this feature signicantly reduces quiescent battery drain, and you
may not receive the full data burst.

Scan Mode Setting
Enter Menu 20th to set the scan mode.
Auto Keypad Lock (AUTOLK---MENU 21)
Functions: in order to prevent accidental frequency change or inadvertent
transmission, various aspects of the DB-10’s keys and switches may be locked out.

to set AUTOLK. Default: OFF.
When you switch AUTOLK ON, the keypad will be locked automatically if there is
no key operation for 5 second.
