Retrieving messages when you are away from the ofce
1. Dial your Conference Phone and allow it to ring.
2. When your voicemail greeting begins to play, enter your
PIN over your greeting.
Returning a Call
1. While listening to a message or after listening to a mes
-
sage, press 9* to call that person back.
2. You may return to your voicemail box WITHOUT calling
back in, by pressing ## after talking to the person you
called back.
Change your Voicemail PIN
1. Press the Menu button.
2. Features will be highlighted. Press the Select key.
3. Use the down arrow and scroll to Messages. Press the
Select key.
4. Press the Connect soft key.
5. The system will prompt you to enter your PIN.
