Locate and record the unique MAC address found on the handset's base for configuration.
Access the jingl web portal using the specific customer domain URL and user credentials.
Select settings, click 'Add new', and enter extension number and display name.
Expand Provisioning, enter MAC address, and select the phone's hardware type.
Connect phone, find its IP address via menu, and access its web interface via browser.
Log in to the phone's web interface using the admin user and default password.
Navigate to Settings > Provisioning Server and configure server details.
Restart the phone to apply new settings and download firmware from the provisioning server.
