Locate and record the handset's unique MAC address from its base.
Log in to the jingl web portal with customer domain, username, and password.
Navigate to the 'Settings' menu within the web interface.
Click 'Add new' and enter extension number and display name in the General tab.
Expand the Provisioning tab and enter the phone's MAC address.
Expand Hardware Type and select the specific Polycom phone model from the list.
Connect the phone to a DHCP server and find its IP address via the handset menu.
Access the phone's web menu using its IP address in a compatible browser.
Log in to the phone's web interface using admin credentials (default password 456).
Navigate to Settings, then select Provisioning Server from the menu.
Configure Provisioning Server: HTTP, tftp.jingl.com.au, Static Boot Server, Option 160, String Type, ASCII String.
Restart the phone to apply new settings and download firmware/configurations from the server.
