Why is my Polygroup SFX1500 Swimming Pool Pump not cleaning the pool properly?
    • M
      Manuel LopezJul 26, 2025
To address a Polygroup Swimming Pool Pump not cleaning the pool properly, ensure the chlorine level is between 1.0 and 1.6 ppm and the pH level is between 7.3 and 7.8. Also, inspect the Filter Cartridge for damage, clean it, or replace if needed. Check for any obstructions at the Strainer Basket, Filter Cartridge, Hose, and Return Fitting. Consider having your pool water tested by a pool supplies store for other required chemicals. Clean the pool and filter more often.

How to stop water leakage at Polygroup SFX1500 Swimming Pool Pump?
    • M
      Michael TaylorAug 17, 2025
If you notice water leakage with your Polygroup Swimming Pool Pump, check the Hose connections with the Skimmer Canister and/or 90° Elbow to ensure they are secured. Make sure the Hose Clamps are properly tightened and inspect the Hose for cracks or holes. For leakage at the bottom of the Canister, ensure the Canister Gasket is correctly placed in the groove and the Pump alignment is correct. If leakage occurs between the Canister and pool wall, verify the Skimmer Gasket Rubber Seal is properly installed and the Skimmer Seal Ring is firmly tightened.
