What to do if my Polygroup Swimming Pool Pump motor doesn't start?
    • J
      John YoungAug 6, 2025
If your Polygroup Swimming Pool Pump motor doesn’t start, first, ensure the GFCI Power Cord is plugged into a grounded outlet and press the RESET button. If it still doesn't start, check the circuit breaker on your electrical panel and reset it. If the problem continues, have the circuit checked by an electrician. Also, verify that the line voltage is between 105V and 125V.

Why is my Polygroup Swimming Pool Pump not cleaning the pool properly?
    • A
      Ashley EdwardsAug 13, 2025
If your Polygroup Swimming Pool Pump isn't cleaning the pool well (e.g., cloudy or green water), several factors could be the cause. Make sure that the chlorine level is maintained between 1.0 and 1.6 ppm and the pH level is maintained between 7.3 and 7.8. Inspect the Filter Cartridge for damage like holes or tears, and replace it if needed. Check for obstructions at the Strainer Basket, Filter Cartridge, Hose, or Return fitting. Since water quality varies, have your pool water tested by a pool supplies store, as you might need additional chemicals. Remember that chemicals are essential for clean pool water, so clean the pool and filter more often.

How to stop water leakage in Polygroup Swimming Pool Pump?
    • J
      James LopezNov 26, 2025
To address water leakage in your Polygroup Swimming Pool Pump, consider the following: - If the leakage is at hose connection points, check that the Clamps are properly secured over both the Hose and the O-rings; adjust and retighten if necessary. Also, check the Hose for cracks or holes and replace as needed. - If the leakage is at the bottom of the Canister, refer to STEP 3: Pump Replace/Reassembly, p. 15-16: The Canister Gasket must sit in the inner groove at the bottom of the Canister before installing the pump. Check Pump alignment. The arrow of the Pump indent (marked "ALIGN") MUST point to the Canister indent (only visible from bottom). Make sure that the Motor Seal Nut is not cross-threaded. - If the leakage is between the Canister and pool wall, refer to SETUP INSTRUCTIONS (3) & ...
