Why is my Polygroup RP350-S not cleaning the pool properly?
    • D
      Daniel GonzalezAug 2, 2025
If your Polygroup Swimming Pool Pump isn't cleaning the pool properly, resulting in cloudy or green water, several factors could be at play. First, ensure that you maintain the chlorine level between 1.0 to 1.6 ppm and the pH level between 7.3 to 7.8. Also, the filter cartridge may be dirty or damaged, so clean or replace it, checking for holes. Additionally, obstructions in the suction and return fittings can slow water flow, so inspect and clear those. If the pool water is very dirty, run the pump more often, but never when the pool is in use, and clean or replace the filter cartridge more frequently. If these steps don't resolve the issue, have a pool supply store test a water sample for other required chemicals.

What to do if my Polygroup RP350-S Swimming Pool Pump is leaking water?
    • S
      shawn06Aug 17, 2025
If you're experiencing water leakage with your Polygroup Swimming Pool Pump, start by tightening the hose clamps on the suction and return hoses. Inspect the o-rings on these fittings and check the hoses for any damage, replacing them if necessary. Also, examine O-ring 9 on the vent screw in the Seal Top for damage, replacing it if needed, and tighten the vent screw 8. Finally, inspect O-ring 11 on the Seal Top for damage, replacing it if needed, and tighten the Seal Top 10.

Why is there no water flow in my Polygroup RP350-S?
    • J
      Jeffrey BookerAug 26, 2025
If you're experiencing no or slow water flow through the return fitting of your Polygroup Swimming Pool Pump, there are several possible causes. First, ensure the pool water level is adequate by filling the pool to the fill line, making sure the suction fitting is at least 4 inches underwater. Second, check for any obstructions at the suction and return fittings. Finally, a dirty filter cartridge can restrict water flow, so clean or replace it. Keeping a spare cartridge on hand can make this process more convenient.
