Central
Locking
With
the
central
locking
system,
both
doors
can
be
electrically
locked
or
unlocked
by
turning
the
key
in
one
door
lock.
(Locking
knobs
down/up).
When
the
doors
are
locked,
the
removable
lift-up
sun
roof
is
also
locked
at
the
same
time.
If
the
lift-up
roof
is
up,
it
is
not
affected
by
the
central
locking
system.

The
two
doors
can
be
locked
individually
from
inside
by
depressing
the
locking
knob
.
If
one
door
is
unlocked
using
the
locking
knob,
the
second
door
is
also
unlocked
automatically.
To
prevent
being
accidentally
locked
out
of
the
vehicle,
it
is
not
possible
to
operate
the
central
locking
system
unless
the
driver's
door
is
closed
(even
if
the
passenger's
door
is
still
open)
.
Should
the
central
locking
fail,
both
doors
can
be
opened
and
closed
individually.
The
alarm
system
can
be
switched
on
by
performing
the
locking
action
three
times
in
quick
succession
.

Central
Locking
Button
By
pressing
the
central
locking
button
in
the
centre
console,
it
is
possible
to
lock
both
doors
electrically
.
As
a
check,
an
indicator
lamp
in
the
button
lights
up
when
the
doors
are
locked.
To
unlock
via
the
locking
button,
the
ignition
must
be
switched
on
.
