      If your Porter-Cable Saw won't start, make sure it's properly plugged into a working outlet. If the fuse blows repeatedly or the circuit breaker trips frequently when using the saw, stop using it immediately and have it serviced by an authorized Porter-Cable service center. You may also try replacing the fuse or resetting the circuit breaker. A damaged cord or switch can also prevent the saw from starting; in this case, have the cord or switch replaced at an authorized Porter-Cable service center.
