What troubleshooting steps should I perform if I see F28?
F28 (MMX/MMV
™
Only): Power Supply Failure
Code Meaning: A failure is detected in the power supplies, the drive cooling fans, and/or charging contactor. This code
can also occur during loss of a single line fuse.
Further Information/Troubleshooting Tips:
1. Check the function of the heat sink cooling fans (on larger drives that have cooling fans, the fans are normally on
while the drive is powered).
2. Listen for the charging contactor to engage during drive reset.
3. Check all panel fuses and replace any blown fuses as necessary.
