5. Once all the floor panels are the correct way up and screwed together, you then need to screw the four
‘heavy duty bearers’ which are two pieces of framing joined together, to each gable end (the end where the
triangular ‘gable tops’ will go later’).
There will be (4x) 4ft bearers – two for each 8ft end.
Important!
Whichever size shed you have; the bearers must go on the 8ft sides.
E.g. if you have a 4x8, still put the bearers on the 8ft sides (even though the bearers come in 4ft lengths).
