Why Poweramp PR Lifting Systems lip extends almost immediately when the RAISE button is pushed?

  If the lip extends almost immediately when you push the RAISE button and the platform rises after the lip is fully extended on your Poweramp Lifting Systems, it could be that the logic block spool valve is stuck in the down position or the valve lever is binding, causing the lever to prematurely push the spool down. Apply penetrating oil to the spool area and valve lever pivot at the top of the logic block. If necessary, disconnect the valve lever from the logic block. Move the spool valve up and down until it slides freely. If the spool valve cannot be made to slide freely, replace it.

  If the lip does not extend on your Poweramp Lifting Systems, it could be that the logic block spool valve is stuck in the up position or the valve lever is binding, preventing the lever from pushing the spool down. Try applying penetrating oil to the spool area and valve lever pivot at the top of the logic block. If necessary, disconnect the valve lever from the logic block and move the spool valve up and down until it slides freely. If the spool valve cannot be made to slide freely, replace it.

  If the Poweramp Lifting Systems platform locks into “safety” as it lowers and the lip drops to the vertical position, the platform lowering speed might be too fast. Adjust the platform down speed control.
